You can pay using one of the following options:

Payment with Debit or Credit Card

Each purchase from www.sirraorganics.com is completed with the customer’s choice to pay with credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. Transactions are processed electronically securely and in real time between the Buyer and card holder with Alpha Bank, which is the bank processing the transaction on behalf of www.sirraorganics.com.

In this process, www.sirraorganics.com has no participation or access and the sensitive card information is not saved in our system.

If the buyer of the purchase is not the same person as the card holder, www.sirraorganics.com has no responsibility and no obligation for refunds.

Payment with IRIS

On the payment page of the e-shop, select Card - IRIS Payments and then IRIS Payments and then two payment options are presented:

a) payment via e-banking of his bank: Select the account you wish to be debited for the purchase. You do not need to type in the amount, as it is entered automatically.

b) payment via mobile banking app by scanning QR Code: If you choose to pay by QR Code, you scan the QR Code displayed in the e-shop with your mobile banking app.

Security for every payment

Alpha Bank offers you the service of electronic purchasing called Nexi e-Commerce according to the international best practices in payments and the current security services.

The high level of Nexi e-Commerce service is secured by the following:

Card information (card number, CVV2/CVC2, expiry date) is relayed online in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible by the seller.

The systems and processes used by Alpha Bank prevents non authorized third parties from accessing data or information systems.

The bank site where the buyer enters the card information has a digital certificate which can be used for authentication that this site is indeed the Nexi e-Commerce site of Alpha Bank.

If the issuing bank supports the use of a secret code for online payment authentication and the card holder has received this code, then the Nexi e-Commerce service will automatically require this secret code.

Nexi e-Commerce is fully compliant with the 3D-Secure protocols of international card providers Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, and Diners ProtectBuy for secure online card payments. With this protocol after the buyer inputs the card information will be asked for the 3D-secure code in order to authenticate the card holder. The authentication is made via the issuing bank and upon completion the buyer is taken back to the transaction page to complete the payment.

Payment via bank transfer

You can pay for your order via a bank transfer.

For your best service please use your full name and order number as reference. On completion of the transfer please email the transaction receipt to info@sirraorganics.com.

Collect on delivery (CoD)

Our products are sent via courier and you pay the order amount on delivery. For CoD orders there is an additional charge of €1.50 to the postage fee.
